The Brief

  • Design and configure the pillar Automations within Omnisend to fully leverage the paid media activity

  • Expose appropriate products to audience segments, using content blocks at segment level, mindful that frequency of training is a significant determinant of the type of equipment a customer will be interested in

  • Use discounting in a measured manner to protect product margins, which are slim

The Strategy

  • Acquire zero party data at the point of sign up to enable immediate segmentation by running level. A qualification question was included in the sign up process to establish how frequently they run, 1-2 times per week, 3-4 times per week or 5 + times per week

  • Educate customers on the benefits of shoe rotation, to drive repeat purchase

  • Leverage the founders credentials as a successful running coach, to build trust and authority

  • Work closely with Run Vaults paid media Agency to develop activity that leverages the key segments in Omnisend, for ad re-targeting
